Every employer is verified before their listings go live — we check active sponsorship history, government registrations, and compliance records per country. A listing carries the Visa Confirmed badge only after passing that check. If a company's sponsorship status changes, the listing is pulled within 24 hours.
Which visa categories does Gooz.ai cover?
12 categories are currently supported: H-1B (USA), Skilled Worker / Tier 2 (UK), EU Blue Card (Germany and EU), Express Entry (Canada), TSS / Employer Sponsored (Australia), Employment Pass (Singapore), Golden Visa (UAE), and OPT/CPT pathways for students. New categories are added as partner employer demand grows.
How quickly will I receive interview invitations?
Our average from first application to first employer response is 72 hours. Tech and engineering roles in the US and EU tend to move fastest. Healthcare, trades, and roles requiring credential verification may take longer — your Visa Tracker in the dashboard shows expected timelines per application.
Can I apply if I'm already in the country on a different visa type?
Yes. When you set up your profile you specify your current visa status, and the platform filters jobs to show roles where your in-country status is also an eligible pathway — for example, OPT to H-1B in the US, or student visa to Skilled Worker in the UK. The AI Coach can also map out your specific transition options.
Is Gooz.ai free for job seekers?
Yes — browsing all listings, using the AI Coach, and accessing Visa Guides are free. Optional paid upgrades include priority matching (your profile surfaced first to relevant employers), one-on-one document review sessions, and dedicated consultant calls.
How does the AI Coach actually work?
The AI Coach is trained on immigration rules, employer hiring patterns, and real application outcomes across all 48 countries we cover. You can ask anything — from "which visa fits my background?" to "what does a UK sponsor letter need to say?" It pulls from live policy data, so answers reflect current rules, not last year's.
What documents do I need to get started?
To create a profile you only need your work history and a current visa status. Document uploads — passport copy, degree certificates, prior employment letters — become relevant when an employer shortlists you. The platform will prompt you for what each specific employer needs, country by country.
How does Gooz.ai verify us as a sponsor employer?
Four steps: company registration check, proof of active sponsorship licence in the relevant country, a short compliance interview with our team, and a review of prior sponsorship history. Verified status is reviewed annually. If your licence lapses or a compliance issue is raised, listings are paused until resolved.
What's different about Gooz.ai versus posting on a regular job board?
Standard job boards show your listing to everyone. Gooz.ai surfaces your role only to candidates whose current visa eligibility already matches your sponsorship offering. Shortlists are ranked by skills, visa readiness, location preference, and notice period — not just keyword matches. Can I hire for roles across multiple countries from one account?
Yes. Each job post is tagged to a specific country and visa category, with the candidate pool filtered accordingly. Shortlists for a Berlin role and a Singapore role are kept separate but visible under the same dashboard — with compliance tracking per jurisdiction.
What happens if a candidate's visa application is denied after we make an offer?
The Compliance dashboard flags the most common denial risk factors early in the process and provides document checklists to reduce that risk before an offer is made. If a denial does occur post-offer, we surface alternative qualified candidates from the same shortlist immediately — no need to restart the search.
Does Gooz.ai provide sponsor letter templates or legal support?
We provide sponsor letter templates and compliance checklists per country. For legal filing and formal immigration counsel, we partner with registered immigration law firms in 12 jurisdictions and can refer you directly from the dashboard. Gooz.ai is not itself a law firm.
How does pricing work for employers?

What makes the Staffing portal different from the Employer portal?
The Staffing portal is built for agencies managing multiple clients and candidates simultaneously. It includes a multi-client CRM, candidate pipeline management with visa compliance tracking across all active placements, placement revenue forecasting, and automated reminders for visa expiry dates and document renewals. The Employer portal is designed for a single company hiring for their own internal roles.
Can I import my existing candidate database?
Yes. The portal accepts CSV imports and integrates with common ATS platforms. Imported candidates can be enriched with visa status, expiry dates, and skill tags immediately — so you can run compliance checks and match them to live client openings from day one.
Does the portal store compliance documents securely?
Yes. All documents are stored in an encrypted, auditable workspace. Visa copies, sponsor letters, and employment contracts attach directly to each candidate record, with full version history and per-team-member access controls. The audit trail is exportable for regulatory review.

Our editorial and legal team reviews each guide on every official policy change, and at minimum once per quarter per country. Major updates — processing time changes, salary threshold adjustments, cap announcements — are reflected within 48 hours of the official government notice. Each guide displays its last-reviewed date at the top.
Are the Visa Guides a substitute for legal advice?
No. Visa Guides are general educational resources based on publicly available immigration rules and our team's research. How does the EU Blue Card differ from a national work permit?
The EU Blue Card is a harmonised high-skilled worker visa valid across most EU member states, with faster processing and lower salary thresholds than some national permits. Germany's implementation is currently the most widely used. What does Skilled Worker (UK Tier 2) require from an employer?
UK employers must hold a valid Sponsor Licence from the Home Office to hire on a Skilled Worker visa. They issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for each hire, which the candidate uses in their visa application. Gooz.ai verifies that every UK employer listing holds an active licence before the role goes live — saving candidates from applying to unlicensed employers.
How does the Study Abroad section connect to work visa pathways?
Each Study Abroad program card shows what work rights you get on graduation — OPT/CPT for US, Graduate Route for UK, post-study work visas for Australia, Canada, and Germany. Where a direct employer-sponsorship pathway exists post-graduation, it's linked directly to relevant job listings on the platform so you can start building your pipeline before you even graduate.
Which countries are covered on Gooz.ai?
48 countries have active verified job listings: North America (US, Canada), Western and Central Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Ireland, and more), Asia-Pacific (Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan), and the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia). Is the community section live or still launching?
The Community section is in active early access. You can join, post questions, and receive answers from our team and other members. Some features — such as local meetup tools and employer AMAs — are still rolling out. Request early access to get notified as each feature goes live.
How do I report a listing or employer that seems inaccurate?
Every job listing has a "Report this listing" link in the detail view. Reports go to our verification team for review within one business day. You can also email hi@gooz.ai directly with the job ID and the specific concern.
Is my profile data shared with employers without my consent?
No. Your profile is only visible to employers when you actively apply to one of their listings or choose to make your profile discoverable. Discoverable mode can be turned on or off at any time from your profile settings. We do not sell candidate data to employers or third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
